2. Commercial Digital Services & Premium Licenses

For bespoke commercial software licenses, automated API access, customized whitelabel calculator embeds, or custom engineering deliverables:

• Nature of Digital Delivery: Commercial software licenses and digital assets are delivered electronically. Once digital licenses or API keys are provisioned, the digital service is considered fully delivered.
• Defective Deliverables: If a paid digital service experiences technical defects or downtime verified by our engineering team, we provide prompt bug remediation or license extensions.
