All content, code, custom bento-grid designs, and interactive logic (including the “Regime Battle” and “Audit Risk Heatmap”) are the intellectual property of BizFlowKit. You may not scrape, clone, or redistribute our tools without written consent.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any fraudulent or illegal tax evasion purposes.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer the calculation logic.
- Use automated bots to overwhelm our server resources.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizFlowKit and its owners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from the use of our calculators. This includes, but is not limited to, errors in tax calculation, missed deadlines, or loss of data.
7. Payment & Digital Delivery
- Payments: All payments for premium reports or ad-free access are processed via Razorpay/Stripe.
- Delivery: Digital products (PDF reports/Access) are delivered instantly or within 24 hours via email.
- Currency: All transactions are processed in INR unless otherwise specified.
8. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to update our calculation logic as per new Government of India notifications (CBDT circulars) without prior notice.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
